A Cacao & Breathwork Ceremony exploring Compassion, Boundaries & Honest Connection

This is the third ceremony in The Path of Reconnection — a seasonal journey inviting you back to yourself, to community, and to the world you belong to.
You’re warmly welcome to join from here and continue through the remaining ceremonies, or simply drop into the gatherings that call you.
 Each one stands alone — and yet together, they form a powerful journey home.

? Why This Ceremony Matters
If Ceremony 2 explored the bridge between us,
 this one takes us deeper — into the art of how we relate, repair, care, and communicate.

Human relationships are both beautiful and complicated:
 • We long for closeness yet fear being hurt.
 • We crave honesty yet hide parts of ourselves.
 • We want boundaries yet feel guilty setting them.

Inspired by the work of Brené Brown, Gabor Maté, bell hooks, Nonviolent Communication, circling, and nervous system awareness, we will explore:

 ✨ How to recognise your needs before resentment builds
 ✨ How to offer compassion without abandoning yourself
 ✨ How your nervous system shapes your habits of relating
 ✨ How boundaries can be an act of love — not withdrawal

Through cacao, breathwork, and guided relational practices, we create a space to soften, see ourselves clearly, and meet others with honesty and care.
