Conscious Dance

In this event, I am inviting you on a journey of self-exploration and self-expression through intuitive, conscious movement. We will embrace the wisdom of our bodies - allowing it to guide us as we spiral, stretch, shake, yawn, jump, feel and flow ✨✨

This is an invitation to soften into presence. To attune to the subtle sensations arising in each moment. To be, rather than perform. As we tune inward, we create space for the strength, softness, fluidity, and the stillness in our bodies 🌱

Practical Details
- Spots are limited to 12 participants (remember to sign up in advance)
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to gently land and settle into the space
- Doors close when the event begins — late entry won’t be possible
- Price: 50kr
