Velkommen til Leeds ArendalsHelga fra fredag 10. juli til søndag 12. juli.  For 7. år på rad skal vi gjøre Arendal Hvit ?

Program  ArendalsHelga
Torsdag: 
* Samling på uterestauranten til No1Sportsbar fra kl 19.30
* Vi har reservert 30 plasser for å se Frankrike vs Marokko fra kl 22.00
* kan kjøpe mat/drikke m/Leeds priser
Fredag: 
* Fra kl 11.30 og utover - samling på Madammen- Leeds priser på mat/drikke
* Fra kl 15.00 og utover - gårdstreff hos Langemyr (Tveitenveien 5, Arendal), mulighet for kjøp av pølser/øl. Vi har noen sjåfører som kjører, men anbefaler noen å ta taxi også
* Fra kl 19.30 er det samling Fengselshotellet. Mulighet for kjøp av hamburger/kylling gryte og div drikke
* Fra kl 20.30 - Jailhouse Rock på  Fengselshotellet, flere artister spiller
* Spania vs Belgia vises fra kl 21 i eget område for de som vil se den.
Lørdag: 
Kl 10.30 fotballkamp mot Arendal Gatefotball, deretter er det internoppgjør blant Leeds fansen
11.30 Vi samles på uterestauranten til Madam Reisersen (Madammen)
Kl 13.30 – 1. båt  til Merdø, gult armbånd deles ut til første gruppe. 
Kl 15.00 2. båt til Merdø, blått armbånd deles ut til andre gruppe. 
Kl 16.30 - 18.00 intim konsert med Ole Evenrud (Ole I Dole) Det selges mat og drikke på Merdø Kro
Kl 19.00 Båt 1 for de med gult armbånd
Kl 20.00 Båt 2 for de med blått armbånd
Fra kl 19.45 Samling på Takterassen på Thon. 
Fra kl 20.30 Servering av Tapas buffet m/dessert 
21.15 Trekning  Lotteri
21.45 Musikk/underholdning
23.00 Norge vs England på storskjerm.


Påmelding og muligheter for overnatting
Vi ønsker påmelding til Ole Evenrud konserten og Tapas buffe på Thon lørdagskvelden til Birger Homme. Konsert/Tapas Buffet/samlingen lørdag og båttur t/r koster 900,- kr +270,- kr for båt pr pers. Dere er påmeldt/registrert så snart 1.170 kr er overført til konto 2801.55.18717 eller Vips til Birger på 906 49 002.
Overnatting:
I år har vi to samarbeidshotell, Thon og Fengselshotellet
- Thon Hotel Arendal Pris pr. dobbeltrom er 1.900,- kr pr. natt. Pris enkeltrom er 1.700,- pr natt. Booking/overnatting rettes til tlf 37052150 Bookingkode er «Leeds». Vi har fått tildelt en del rom og prisen er iht. dette så langt det er rom ledig eller innen 15.06.2025.  
- Fengselshotellet: Pris for 2 netter er kr 2.600,- i dobbeltrom og kr 1.990,- for enkeltrom. Prisen er inklusiv verdens beste jail frokost og gratis parkering. Det er også familierom og mulig med ekstra natt. Det er «fengselsbuss» som frakter oss de som ikke ønsker å gå de ca. 800 m til sentrum v/pollen. Spm. ved bestilling rettes til 95454525. Welcome to Leeds ArendalsHelga from Friday 10 July to Sunday 12 July.
For the 7th year in a row, we are turning Arendal white ?
We have a packed programme this year with some exciting new additions. There will be Jailhouse Rock at the old prison (now transformed into a hotel), a gathering at Langemyr Farm, football match(es), time together in beautiful Pollen, a boat trip to a concert with Ole Evenrud on the beautiful island of Merdø, a rooftop gathering at Thon Hotel Arendal, and World Cup matches in the evenings and late at night.
Once again, this will be a unique weekend. We’ll be joined by several Leeds personalities, there will be live music and plenty of Leeds songs. More well-known Leeds figures will be attending: Ben Parker and musician Paul Wilson are already confirmed, along with our good friends Martin and Gareth. Simon Lorimer has also confirmed his arrival this year, and we’re delighted to welcome super Leeds supporter Heidi Haig, who follows Leeds through thick and thin and runs her own blog, Follow Me and Leeds United.
We have also confirmed and booked travel for one of Leeds’ biggest profiles from the Premier League era.
But as always, our loyal Norwegian and English Leeds supporters are the most important part of creating the fantastic atmosphere.
For the 7th consecutive year, our own fantastic Leeds musician, ØBS (Øyvind B. Skaare), will entertain us throughout the weekend and is guaranteed to perform some well-known Leeds songs. He’ll be joined by Leeds musician Paul Wilson who visit us for 3. time.
This is a weekend you do not want to miss!
It’s a chance to meet old Leeds friends and become part of the wonderful Leeds family.
Preliminary Programme
Friday
Guests are welcome from 11:30 onwards at Madam Reiersen
15:00 – Gathering at Langemyr Farm, with various activities ?
From 20:00 – Jailhouse Rock at Fengselshotellet
ØBS, Paul Wilson, and possibly others will get the “captivating music” started. Food, drinks, and the World Cup match (23:00) will also be available. 
Saturday
10:30 – Our traditional football match against Arendal Street Football, followed by an Leeds supporters’ match
11:30 – Gathering at the outdoor restaurant Madam Reiersen (“Madammen”)
From 14:00 – Boat transport to Merdø and Merdø Kro. There we will attend an intimate concert, “From Then to Now”, with Ole Evenrud, starting at approximately 16:00 and lasting around 1.5 hours. Food and drinks will be available at Merdø Kro, and we’re guaranteed an unforgettable afternoon. Boats will return from around 18:00 onwards.
From approx. 19:30 – Gathering on the rooftop terrace at Thon Hotel Arendal
A delicious tapas buffet with dessert will be served.
We’ll begin with the raffle draw, followed by great music from our Leeds musicians and other entertainment.
Registration and Accommodation
We kindly ask for registration for the Ole Evenrud concert at Merdø and the Saturday evening tapas buffet at Thon no later than Friday 26 June, by contacting Birger Homme.
Price: NOK 900 per person (Includes concert, tapas buffet, and Saturday gathering)
A dedicated boat trip to and from Merdø will be arranged for the concert. Boat fare is paid separately (details to follow).

This year we have two partner hotels: Thon Hotel Arendal, Double room: NOK 1,900 per night, Single room: NOK 1,700 per night Booking:+4737052150 Booking code: “Leeds”. Rooms are available at this rate while availability lasts or until 15 June 2025.
Fengselshotellet: 2 nights double room: NOK 2,600,2 nights single room: NOK 1,990.Price includes the world’s best jail breakfast and free parking.
Family rooms and extra nights are also available.
