Come play Loudoun County's newest course and raise money to feed food-insecure families in Loudoun County! We will play two rounds: round 1 to the long (white) baskets and round 2 to the short (blue) baskets. In case of a playoff, we will play sudden-death using a loop of holes 7-11 to the short (blue) baskets.

This event has two goals: (1) massive fun; and (2) raising as much money as is possible for Loudoun Hunger Relief, a 501(c)(3) dedicated to stamping out hunger and food insecurity in Loudoun County. Last year, we, working together, raised $41,919 for LHR and were the #1 fundraising Ice Bowl for the fourth consecutive year. As part of this mission, $25 of each entry fee goes directly to Loudoun Hunger Relief. All players will receive lunch as a player pack. PRO payout will be based on $50 - $25 donation - $3 PDGA fee = $22 net entry fee.

In addition to playing, sign up to be a sponsor (all funds go to LHR)! This event carries an X designation as part of the Competition Endowment Program. Players still receive points and ratings.

Schedule
Saturday, February 1, 2025
8:00am - 8:45am	Check-in at the Nature Center parking lot. Players who are not checked in by 8:45 and who have not notified the TD that they are coming will be removed from the event.
9:00am	Round 1 shotgun start: long baskets.
12:00pm	Lunch (approximate).
1:00pm	Round 2 shotgun start (approximate): short baskets.
4:00pm	Awards (approximate). Informal gathering at Solace to follow.

The LoCo Ice Bowl Fundraiser Series is run by the LoCo Disc Golf Club to benefit Loudoun Hunger Relief. All proceeds go to help feed the hungry in Loudoun County.

LoCo Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Sponsorships are not refundable; only entry fees. This event will strictly observe Competition Manual 1.03.
