Wellness Workouts with Leah Fruth

Looking for a way to strengthen both your body and your faith this fall? Join Leah Fruth for Wellness Workouts—a six-week workout series beginning September 8. Come for one or come for all! These classes combine functional movement, uplifting music, and Scripture-based encouragement, designed to strengthen body, mind, and spirit.

Mondays at 5:30 AM and Wednesdays at 8:30 AM
Drop-in $8 | 6-week series $42 | Both $80
