Join Candice for a 60-minute healing practice that invites you to fully receive your own love unconditionally and reconnect with the truth of your worth. Through gentle somatic movement and guided meditation, you’ll release held tension and emotions in the body associated with trauma. This class offers a compassionate space to meet yourself with tenderness, soothe your nervous system, and return to a sense of inner safety. You’ll be guided to nurture your inner child and embody the love that has always been yours!
