Ayurveda & Hormonal Harmony: Understanding Menopause, Perimenopause, and Beyond

Hormones shift throughout our lives, and the way we eat, rest, and manage stress plays a major role in how we experience those changes. This workshop uses Ayurveda—the ancient science of life—to help you understand hormonal balance not only during menopause, but also in the years leading up to it, so you can support your body proactively rather than reactively.
We’ll explore why symptoms like anxiety, insomnia, hot flashes, and mood changes occur, how chronic stress affects estrogen and adrenal health, and why every woman’s experience is different. You’ll learn the basics of doshas and Ayurvedic principles in a grounded, approachable way, and leave with practical tools—nutrition, daily routines, nervous system support, and lifestyle shifts—that can ease symptoms and help you feel more nourished, resilient, and confident.
This class is for women preparing for menopause, currently navigating the transition, or wanting to understand their body long before symptoms begin. No prior knowledge of Ayurveda is required.
About the Instructor:
Emma Hobson is a certified Ayurvedic counselor and herbalist who’s passionate about helping women understand their bodies and feel confident in their health choices. She blends ancient wisdom with real-life practicality, empowering women to take control of their wellbeing in a way that feels doable, supportive, and sustainable.
