- **Event Description**: Celebrate the launch of the Storytime Project with walk-through picture book experiences across Arcata from April 16-18, just in time for National Library Week!

From Thursday, April 16 to Saturday, April 18 families can enjoy outdoor Storywalks during the day at Arcata Library, Arcata Plaza (hosted by The Rocking Horse), Sanctuary Garden (hosted by Centro del Pueblo), Creamery Building (hosted by Playhouse Arts). 

We will also have one-day Storywalks at:
Valley West Playground (by the new Little Free Library hosted by Rotary Club of Arcata Sunrise) on Friday, April 17
Arcata Community Center at Godwit Days Festival on Saturday, April 18. 

This is free and all families are invited to participate. This is a project in the works since 2020. We are excited for it to be a new community asset. Look for more Storywalk books all over the county soon!
