- **Event Description**: All community members are invited to learn Brazilian drumming and participate in the 40th Anniversary Samba Parade at the Northcountry Fair!

Never drummed or performed before? No problem! We will teach you from the ground up, building your skills and confidence! Not sure about performing but still interested? Come take the classes, parading is not mandatory.

Drums provided, no experience necessary. This is a class by, and for, the community!

Student Discounts and Scholarships available (no one will be turned away for lack of funds). Let’s make this the best parade season yet!

Location: HLOC The Space 92 Sunnybrae Center, Arcata
Date: Sundays 12:30-2:30pm, July 12 – September 13
Parade Date: Sunday September 20
Cost: $15-$20 sliding scale, or pre-register for the whole series for $125.
