This Flavor Shift experience invites you to try something surprisingly simple — and surprisingly eye-opening: sweet wine first, dry wine second. Then we reverse the order and let you taste the difference for yourself.
As with every Flavor Shift event, this guided experience includes four curated tastings, designed to help you compare before and after, notice subtle changes, and experience how your palate adapts in real time. You’ll discover how sweetness can soften acidity, how dry wines feel sharper after sweet, and how sequence alone can completely transform flavor.
The Flavor Shift is our winter wine series exploring how small changes — like scent, sound, sweetness, texture, or even how you sip — can dramatically change the way wine tastes. Each guided event includes four tastings and focuses on one simple shift, inviting guests to slow down, compare, and discover wine in a surprising and approachable way. No expertise required — just curiosity and an open palate.
Whether you love sweet, swear by dry, or enjoy both, this is a relaxed, interactive tasting meant to spark conversation, curiosity, and a few “wait… that really changed” moments.
