Cam will show you how to mix, knead, and stretch your way to the ultimate focaccia - crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and unapologetically drenched in olive oil. While your dough does its thing, you’ll dive into the bold, punchy world of antipasto: think house-pickled veg, whipped cheese, and flavour-packed garnishes that make snack boards sing.
Then it’s time to eat, with a shared-style dinner featuring your golden focaccia, antipasto platters, and a few extra chef surprises — all paired with bottomless local wines & craft beers.
