Expressive Arts & Wellness Workshops

Join us every third Tuesday of the month for art-making workshops to practice process-oriented arts activities as a healing form of creative expression. We will use a variety of mediums and prompts along with mindfulness for a deeper connection with our mental and emotional wellbeing, as well as to reduce stress and anxiety.
