The Nutcracker Nidra: A Restorative Holiday Sound Journey

Rest and resonance at its best! Step into a dreamy holiday sanctuary with this Nutcracker fairytale inspired experience. ✨ Lauren and Sandi will guide you through a relaxing restorative yoga while you are immersed with candlelight and a sound healing journey to ease into an evening of sweet dreams and serenity in our warm holiday adorned studio. Drift even deeper into relaxation after your restorative poses with a guided yoga Nidra meditation. It wouldn’t be a Nutcracker inspired evening without the Land of Sweets… freshly baked gingerbread cookies will be ready to take with you to enjoy!

This calming experience invites rest, reflection, and renewal during the holiday hustle and is open for registration to 18 participants. Investment: $45 * Tickets are transferable, but are non-refundable. Reserve your spot with the event ticket link. A bolster, blanket, blocks, and a hand towel will be provided to participants.
