- **Event Description**: This workshop is for Intermediate and up pole students. This workshop will focus on acrobatic elements inspired from gymnastics. We will leap, roll, kick, swing, jump, and stand (upside down of course!) Our main content will be floor focused, meaning we stay grounded and use our bodies to create acrobatic movement at the base level. No previous gymnastics experience is required. We will build each trick and movement from the most basic element, to more intermediate and advanced levels, depending on the level of each student. You will learn techniques that suit where you are today and how to get you to the next level. Come build your acrobatic repertoire! Great for the beginner looking to incorporate more acro elements and for those ready to elevate and levitate! Cost is $55. 
All workshop registrations are non-refundable or transferable. Make sure you can attend before registering.
