As a Solutions Architect at EDCi, he excels in designing and deploying enterprise solutions focused on Microsoft security, Intune, Purview, Defender, and Sentinel. John's expertise in cloud security, data governance, and compliance frameworks, including CMMC and NIST 800-171, helps organizations optimize their environments while ensuring robust security and regulatory alignment. Passionate about driving IT modernization and guiding digital transformation, John is dedicated to collaborating, innovating, and implementing security strategies that make a measurable impact.
Nick Gilbertson:
With over 25 years of experience in IT management and implementation, Nick’s passion lies in assisting customers in safeguarding their organizations, and he understands the importance of business continuity and resilience in the face of adversity. Nick currently serves as the Director of Professional Services & Information Technology/Security at EDCi and helps map internal IT and security policies, ensuring compliance with NIST, HIPAA, and PCI. His expertise lies in Security Posture Assessments & Compliance as well as developing and testing Information System Disaster Recovery programs. Nick works to direct Crisis Recovery efforts between internal IT staff and external agencies such as security forensics, insurance coordination, FBI liaisons, legal interpretation, and ransomware negotiations.
