Mark your calendars – Maple Syrup Saturday ticket sales are opening soon!
Celebrate the maple syrup season at Bubolz Nature Preserve! Join us on Saturday, March 7th for Maple Syrup Saturday, presented by Community First Credit Union. Help yourself to a pancake breakfast made and served by Bubolz staff and volunteers, or take your support to the next level and adopt a bucket!
Cost of tickets purchased in advance:
- Adult breakfast: $15 (ages 12 and over)
- Child breakfast: $10 (ages 3 – 11)
- Small child breakfast: free (kids under 3)
- Adopt-A-Bucket: $45 per family
If any tickets are still available on the day of the event, breakfast tickets will be an extra $2 and Adopt-A-Bucket tickets will be an extra $5. There is no guarantee of availability on the day of the event, and remaining tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
The breakfast and adopt-a-bucket tickets are for two separate events. If you would like to participate in both, tickets are needed for each event.
The breakfast starts off with delicious eggs, sausage, pancakes, milk, juice, coffee, and of course homemade maple syrup. Next, you will enjoy a short guided tour to learn about the maple syrup making process at the preserve and the Sugar Shack. Your maple syrup experience ends with an ice cream sundae topped with fresh syrup!
If you want to take your love of maple syrup and support for the preserve to the next level, your family can adopt your very own bucket for our 2026 syrup season! Each family who adopts a bucket will join us at the preserve for the experience of tapping your own maple tree and hanging your bucket to collect sap throughout the syrup season. Each registered family will receive a PDF, via e-mail, to decorate as they wish to help dress up their bucket. On March 7th you will bring your design with you to the preserve to be laminated and attached to your bucket.
Please note that all sap collected and maple syrup produced stays at the preserve and contributes to our educational programs. This hands-on experience is all about learning and sharing the joy of nature!
By joining us for breakfast or adopting a bucket you are supporting our conservation work as well as the environmental education we offer at Bubolz. Join us for this year’s experience with your family and create memories that will last a lifetime.
Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable. Event will proceed rain or shine. We reserve the right to alter the event if needed.
