Come see what #NHapproved snacks, meals, and mocktails Healthy Chef Shell and the Nutritional Healing team can teach you to make as part of our ‘Seasonal Eats & Treats’ series in 2026 – A Year of Recipes with Nutritional Healing

Cooking with seasonal ingredients always results in more delicious meals. Pair that with seasonal favorites for events or holidays each month, and the Nutritional Healing team along with Healthy Chef Shell will demonstrate healthy spins on your seasonal favorites. Whether you’re looking for light salads in the spring, sauces for cookouts in the summer, or hearty soups for the winter, you’re bound to discover a new recipe you’ll love. And did we mention there will be mocktails in every class?

We’re cooking healthy through the seasons this year, one meal at a time. These quick and easy recipes will be led by Healthy Chef Shell as she educates about cost-effective shopping, the best grocery stores to find products, how to chop and prepare like a chef, and more! At the end of class, every attendee will get to enjoy every dish and beverage made by the chef.

Our Cooking Workshop is $25 and is open to the general public.

All Elite Level Members may attend for FREE! (Members are those clients of NH who have finished programs and are enrolled in month-to-month Elite Memberships).

All cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance or transferred to another attendee for the current cooking class. Registration does not transfer to future classes if you cannot attend or do not cancel 48 hours in advance.
