Intro to Hoop

Take flight by exploring moves on the aerial hoop in this intro class. You’ll flow through short sequences of tricks—learning entries, transitions, and basic inversions—all presented in a safe, beginner-friendly space. This gives you a taste of the fluidity and strength we work on in our weekly hoop classes. Cost is $25; current Pole Members receive a $10 discount. This is a 45 minute class.
IMPORTANT: if you are registering with friends EACH of you must create an account and register yourself for the same class.
