On August 24th at 8AM we will do just that with a Hero workout in his honor. Come join us in honoring this man surrounded by family and friends. There is no admission cost but we will be accepting donations to Vaspire 316. All proceeds from T-shirt and sticker sales will go to Vaspire 316 as well. Hope you can join us, all fitness levels and ages welcome!
