ABOUT OUR FEATURED READERS:
CHLOE ALLYN is a poet, artist and facilitator from Appleton, Wisconsin. Her work explores nature, love, and humanity through an indigenous and hedonistic lens. She has been published in Five South Literary Journal, Pitybath Online and WUSSY Mag. She has exhibited work at the Rahr West Art Museum, Walker’s Point Center for the Arts, and at 5 Points Art Gallery. She is currently working on her book making project, Only Child, and enjoying the lively schedule of the Fox Cities art scene. This year, her work was featured on the cover and inside a native writer’s anthology, “Our Stories: Past, Present, Future” from Black Bears and Blueberries press.
MEREDITH MASON lives and writes poems in Appleton, Wisconsin. Her work has appeared in Rattle: Poets Respond, UpNorth Lit, fsm and Peregrine. In 2024 one of her poems was a finalist for the Rattle Poetry Prize, and her first full-length poetry collection, Secret Work, won the Idaho Prize for Poetry and was published by Lost Horse Press. She is also a mom of two sons, a runner (she gets her best ideas when out running) and a library worker. She is a graduate of St. John’s College in Santa Fe, NM.
