How To Sign Up/Pay:

Complete the ANHS Waiver & Release form.
Mail or drop off completed "ANHS Waiver & Release" form and payment to the front office at Appleton North High School (5000 N Ballard Rd, Appleton, WI 54913). Regular office hours are 8AM-3:30pm. Summer office hours are 8AM-2PM for the month of June, and 9AM-1PM for the month of July. Deadline to sign up is Wednesday, July 15th. 

General Information: Players will learn soccer skills and tactics while having fun! Camp leaders will be Appleton North JV and Varsity athletes under the supervision of the coaching staff. Players must have cleats, shin guards, and a water bottle each day at camp. If severe weather impacts our ability to hold camp for the day, an email will be sent to the parent/guardian/emergency contact shared below and there will be no makeup days due to weather cancellation.
