Biofluorescence Night Walk Glasdrum National Nature Reserve

Join us for two free guided walks at Glasdrum National Nature Reserve to explore the fascinating world of Biofluorescence! Biofluorescence is a unique phenomenon where certain organisms emit light in different colours than the ones they absorb. With UV torches provided, we will venture into the darkness to witness a stunning display of fungi, insects, plants and mammals as you’ve never seen them before in hues of green, blue, red, purple, orange, and more.

Meet at Glasdrum NNR public car park with suitable footwear and warm clothing. We will walk the path at a slow pace. The walk will be lead by Reveal Nature www.revealnature.co.uk/events
