Get ready for PITYFitness’s Mobility Class!

This Christmas season, we’re combining movement and meaning — join us for Move & Give, a festive mobility flow designed to help your body feel amazing and spread joy to local families in need. ❤️

Curious about mobility? Think of it as a blend of stretching and yoga. Mobility focuses on moving your joints through their full range of motion and is designed to get your joints moving freely and tackle those tight muscles. 💪

📅 Join us on December 13th at 9:15 AM for Mobility Class!🎄 How to Give: Bring a new, unwrapped toy — all donations will be given to local children in need this Christmas.

🧘‍♀️ What to Bring: A towel and some water.

Who Should Attend:If you struggle with stiff joints, an aching lower back, sore hips, or general tightness — this class is for you!
