Outdoor Yoga

Join me for an hour of Yoga- Outside behind the (what was) The Landing Cafe overlooking the lake in the beautiful Waterset Community within Apollo Beach, FL.
All levels and ages are welcome! We will do a Flow based practice and end with a nice Sound Meditation with the singing bowls.
