Triangle Yoga Festival 2026

Join us this Spring for the Triangle Yoga Festival where yoga and movement unite us all.

We will have instructors from all across Wake and Durham County, teaching a wide variety of yoga, healing workshops, and more, to get you in your body and out of your mind.

This is a regional yoga festival, so everyone from the Mountains and to the seas is invited to flow with us.


In addition to classes, we will have speakers, panels, and meditations and a featured financial wellness session with Festival Co-Founder, Jasmine Brown.

All tickets include catered food from Dice Salads a local gem creating and curating the best salads and wraps.
