In these powerful 90-minute workshops, somatic therapist Lakshmi Om will share both practical and experiential knowledge to reconnect to the wisdom within your body to accelerate your healing journey. Each workshop will cover a specific topic related to using the power of the wisdom of the body to heal our deepest patterns, traumas, and wounds. The ultimate goal of these workshops is a greater understanding of yourself, your body, and your own powerful wisdom within. The techniques shown in each workshop come from a variety of somatic traditions including Somatic Experiencing, DARe attachment therapy, the Polyvagal Theory, trauma-informed, yoga therapy and somatic body work.
