Each of us has a story to tell.

Maybe it is a favorite bedtime tale. Or perhaps the story of how your grandparents met. Maybe your birth story. Or even the time you got caught sneaking out as a teenager.

As women, we have been the story tellers and secret keepers of our families for hundreds of generations. And we have used those stories to connect with one another.

This Solstice, join Courtney for an evening of storytelling, connection and gentle movement to commemorate the winter season and to celebrate your womanhood.

What To Expect:

The evening will begin with a welcoming winter tea and time for connection. Next, you’ll be guided through a relaxing yoga practice and reflective meditation.

After yoga, you’ll have the opportunity to tell your story and listen to those of the women around you. Finally, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in a candle ceremony around the Yule altar.

You will leave feeling empowered and ready to take on the new season!
