Balance + Beer Yoga w/ Katie Caron

Need to slow down? Unroll your mat & enjoy gentle, stretchy yoga poses sequenced to leave you feeling refreshed & ready for the week ahead! Perfect for weekend warriors and anyone seeking a little more balance in life. All levels of yoga experience are welcome!

The cost is $15 which can be paid before class begins and includes a pint of your favorite Southern Peak Beer or Wine Offering! All spots will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis so be sure to arrive early!

BYOM (Bring your own mat)
