Apex UMC - Cookout Sunday!

On Sunday, November 16, we’ll be adjusting our Sunday schedule—both Traditional and Contemporary worship services will cast off at 10:00 AM. There will be no 8:15 service or Sunday school. After worship, join us from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for a hearty meal and fellowship!

The galley will be servin’ up hot dogs and hamburgers (aye, with vegetarian and gluten-free options), sides, and a plentiful spread of fellowship and fun. Bring a side or dessert to share, but best leave yer dishes that need keepin’ hot back at port!

There’ll be games, prizes, and even a treasure hunt for all ages! Bring along yer pledge card—X marks the spot for a chance to win the grand prize: a chest brimming with treasure! And don’t worry, mateys—you don’t need to turn in a pledge card to join the fun. This celebration is for everyone who calls this crew home.

So grab your hats, your mates, and your sense of adventure, and come ready to sea-lebrate the real treasure: God’s love at work through this congregation.
