Join us on Saturday, August 22nd at 8:00 AM for a fun, community-focused preview run of the brand-new Apex Half Marathon course!

We'll start and finish at Foxtail Coffee in Sweetwater(make sure that you put the correct location- it’s NOT the Hunter St location), where runners will have the opportunity to experience sections of the course, connect with fellow runners, and enjoy a great morning on the roads/greenways of Apex.

👟 ASICS will be on-site with demo shoes available so you can test out some of their latest models during the run.

⏱️ The official race-day pacers from Pace Yourself Run Company will be leading groups throughout the course to help guide runners and keep everyone on track.

📍 We'll offer both a longer route for runners looking to get in substantial mileage and a shorter option for those who aren't planning on running half marathon distance that day.

Not registered for the Apex Half Marathon? No problem! This run is open to everyone. Whether you're already signed up, considering getting on the waitlist this year, or simply curious about the course, this is a great opportunity to see what race day has in store. It might even be the motivation you need to start planning for this year's race—or put the Apex Half Marathon on your calendar for next year!
