- **Event Description**: Here’s another installment of our listening room Songwriters in the Round. This week features Tommy Cooper, Bill Bosler and Nick Carter.

Tommy Cooper, is a man of many talents and frequents our stage and hosts the local open mic. Not only does he write and sing, he is an excellent artist, photographer, framer and local goodness! He will ravish you with his poignant lyrics and take you on a musical journey. 

Bill Bosler has been a percussionist since childhood, tapping on things his whole life. Over 25 years ago he was introduced to the hammered dulcimer and immediately fell in love. Taking his percussive rhythms and focusing them on both original melodies as well as unique interpretations of traditional and popular tunes. Originally playing celtic and old timey tunes, he started creating his own tunes leading to his self titled first solo recording. He has also recorded a well recognized CD with Kevin Lockhart called Waterbound. He has since provided hammered dulcimer tracks for two different Nashville recording artists and percussion for other local artists.

Nick hails from Ohio and grew up listening to Ricky Nelson, Gene Pitney and the Kingston Trio, to name a few. In his late 20s, Nick found himself spending most of every year in the British Virgin Islands, and it was there that he penned many of the tunes on his debut album, Simple Life, which was recorded in Nashville. If you sit back and close your eyes while listening to this record, you can feel the warm breeze and smell the salt air of the Caribbean.

Bill only comes through once/year and blew everyone away on the dulcimer last time! Don’t miss again!
