House Rules and Prohibitions

Unless written permission is granted by the organizer, any commercial use of the name or logo of the event or the artist is strictly prohibited.

Please note that an event may be filmed. When film or TV recordings take place, you might be captured on camera.

All visitors are requested to arrive on time, not to bring luggage, (large) handbags, or (back)packs, and to comply politely with any requests from security staff.

It is forbidden to enter the venue with bottles, cans, alcohol, audio recording devices, film or photo cameras, fireworks, or any items that may pose a safety risk. Violations will be prosecuted. Only smartphones with photo capability are tolerated. Photography or filming during events is not allowed unless otherwise specified by the organizer.

An ABSOLUTE SMOKING BAN applies inside the venue. Offenders will be fined between €160 and €1600.

Please make an effort not to leave litter in or around the venue.

General Ticket Sales Conditions

Your admission ticket is only valid on the date and for the performance stated on the front of the ticket.

The ticket is not valid without the numbered stub.

Any alteration, erasure, or illegibility of the ticket renders it invalid.

To prevent misuse, each ticket carries a unique barcode that will be scanned at the entrance.

In case of loss or theft, your ticket will neither be replaced nor refunded.

By accepting the ticket, the holder waives any claim for damages—on any grounds—against the venue management, organizers, or any third party involved in the event.

Unused tickets will not be refunded.

Tickets are refunded or exchanged only if the event is cancelled. In that case, tickets must be returned within two weeks following the event date. The organizer bears sole responsibility for such matters.

General Terms and Conditions for VIP Packages

Your order remains reserved in your name, provided the stated payment deadline is met.

Upon receiving your order, you will receive confirmation by email.

If you request an invoice during the ordering process, it will be sent after payment has been received.

After payment, and at the earliest three weeks before the event, you will receive your VIP tickets. Delivery costs are included in the total price.

The person or company placing the order is considered the contracting party and is responsible for payment, even if invoiced or delivered to a third party.

Our products (tickets, VIP tickets, etc.) remain our exclusive property, both intellectually and materially. Therefore, any reproduction or imitation, in any form or by any means whatsoever, is strictly prohibited.

Unless written permission from the organizer is granted, all commercial use of the event or artist’s name or logo is strictly forbidden.

Changes to the program, dates, and/or venues, changes in seating arrangements or seat availability, and event cancellations fall under the sole responsibility of the organizer. Johan Famaey Productions acts solely as an intermediary for VIP arrangement reservations and expressly limits its liability to that domain.

VIP packages are refunded or exchanged only if the event is cancelled. VIP tickets must then be returned within two weeks following the event date.

It is not permitted to further commercialize the offered VIP packages without express written approval from Johan Famaey Productions. It is therefore forbidden to organize contests, set up commercial campaigns, or resell packages.

We reserve the right to modify our VIP packages. In case of changes, we will notify you in advance, giving you the option to cancel free of charge if the proposed alternative is not accepted.

Any disputes will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the judicial district of Dendermonde.

Cancellation Conditions for VIP (Individuals)

Definition: An individual is anyone placing an order for personal use, within a private context (family, friends, acquaintances), without any commercial intent, even if third parties are present.

Within 48 hours after making your reservation, you may cancel free of charge, provided the event has not yet taken place and payment has not been recorded. If payment was already processed within those 48 hours, a 10% administrative fee will be charged on the total amount.

In all other cases, there is no right of withdrawal. As a consumer, you waive the right to cancel the purchase. Although Article 47 of the Act of April 6, 2010 on market practices and consumer protection allows a 14-day withdrawal period for distance sales, that right does not apply here because service delivery begins before the end of that period. Furthermore, under the Royal Decree of November 18, 2002, this right does not apply to distance sales of accommodation, transportation, catering, or leisure services.

Cancellation Conditions for VIP (Companies)

Definition: A company is any entity, with or without a VAT number, that places orders for third parties outside a domestic context (clients, business relations, staff) with a commercial intent.

For companies, every order becomes final as soon as payment has been received.
