Step into a sacred space where movement becomes meditation, and dance becomes a path to inner transformation. This is not a dance workshop, this is a journey into presence, connection, and heart.
**WHAT's NEW for this edition?
Every SoulKonnect Workshop is completely unique: the theme for this edition is 'The Journey of being (you)' - returning to calmness, flow and playfulness.
- The session will have a special focus on being: letting go of noise and of the stories and pains that hold you back.. releasing into flow and play.
- We close the session with either a deep releasing meditation or a Somatic Breathwork session
You’ll learn how to move — and be moved — from a place of stillness, intention & pure feeling.
**What to expect:**
- a safe space to pause, be and drop all masks, so only you remain
- Tools to connect more authentically with yourself and others
- Practices to calm the mind & open the heart to the music, the movement & your connection.
- Deep insights & emotional release

- REGISTRATION:
Registration is mandatory: We strongly recommended to register as couple to preserve the leader/follower balance. We will switch partners continuously during the workshop (unless you chose to work primarily with your partner)
IMPORTANT: when registering as a couple - both partners need to submit their registration separately.
