Let me introduce myself, I'm Koen and together with my partner, we teach Salsa and Bachata.
We would like to reach young adults as from +18 with prolonging signs of worry, shame, troubled self image, depression or high neuroticism, ... any kind of recent minor psyche that makes life hard, before it settles and leaves a mark, as it did with me. 🎯
We want to stimulate the senses and let you experience:
more joy by dancing with others, a feeling of accomplishment by mastering moves or steps, progression towards a goal by becoming a great dancer and make fun with other significant people as yourself as life was intended for. Together we'll do this through dance. 💃🔥
A safe environment to be more yourself, practicing body movements, making valuable social connections and expressing yourself, ... All these things, provided by dance, contribute to improve mental and physicial wealth and provide fundamental blocks for a better quality of life for you to take on life's challenges.📈
