RESTORATIVE YOGA TRAINING FOR TEACHERS

Restorative yoga is increasingly gaining popularity because people find relief through it.
In this training Monika will teach methods and techniques of how to practice and teach restorative poses according to individual needs. It is so important to understand how to support troubled areas in the body so they can relax. The bodily system is then able to self-regulate and to find its own natural rhythm. This is when restoring and recovery takes place.

Monika Munzinger, Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), Somatic Experience™ Practitioner (SEP), Certified yoga therapist C-IAYT and founder of Aspects of Yoga(RYS) teacher trainings on 200 and 300 level
Yoga has been a part of Monika’s life for more than twenty five years. During these years she has evolved from a student to an instructor, never ceasing to be a learner. She has developed her own unique style, which is applied in her classes, as well as in her teacher-training programs.

Price; €335 pp. VAT incl. Early bird fee €295 until 15th of February.
Teachers registered as RYT-200 can earn Continuing Education hours.
Minimum of 5 participants required. Cancellation untill 15th of march 50% refunded. After that no refund is possible. You can always find someone yourself to take your place.
