Kaat Van Stralen
Kaat Van Stralen laat zich niet zomaar in een hokje plaatsen. Wat begon als een origineel soloproject, groeide uit tot een genre-overstijgende punkband, aangevuld met Melvin Slabbinck (drums), Anton Robberechts (gitaar) en Faust De Vogelaere (bas). Kaat zelf neemt de vocals voor haar rekening.

Streng maar rechtvaardig roept Kaat alle genres op het matje. Van punk en psychedelica tot alternatieve spoken word. Verwacht je aan verhit taalkabaal, krakende beats, bitse gitaarriffs en pompeus gebas. Kaat Van Stralen sleepte de overwinning in de wacht tijdens Sound Track Vlaams-Brabant 2023, werd opgepikt door Het Depot als artist in residence en won in 2025 De Nieuwe Lichting dankzij debuutsingle 'Stop Met Wenen', een punkrockanthem voor alle vrouwen, buitenbeentjes en voelers. In november 2025 werd debuut-EP ‘Vieze Vlinder’ gereleaset. Ondertussen speelde Kaat Van Stralen podia op Pukkelpop, de Lokerse Feesten, Best Kept Secret, BOOMTOWN en Crammerock kapot. En sleepte de band hun eerste MIA in de wacht, voor beste Alternative.

TO THE BONE
Vanonder welke steen komen die gasten gekropen? Terug van nooit echt weg, bewijst TO THE BONE dat rechttoe/rechtaan rock & roll will never die. Opgegroeid met de energie van The Stooges, de mineur van Dinosaur Jr en het experiment van Sonic Youth, combineert dit Antwerpse powertrio bezwerende woestijngitaren en malende baslijnen, doodgemept door satanische drumbreaks en afgezweept met venijnige slierten wahwah. Soms dorstig rootsy à la Mudhoney, Grindermen of Black Keys, maar altijd punk genoeg om met Jon Spencer in de moshpit in te duiken. Mahalo, kom op tijd want meteen volle gas!

Wijf
Met hun rauwe energie, zware riffs en krachtige vocals breekt Wijf vakkundige elk podium af. Deze rechttoe-rechtaan, female fronted band stompt je in de maag met hun zware riffs en krachtige vocals. Wijf is druk bezig een eigen stempel te drukken op de rock- en metalscene, en met succes! Stilstaan is geen optie bij deze groovy beats, headbang-riffs en catchy lyrics. Voor fans van Maria Iskariot, WASTE, Peuk, Death Sells, Bad Luck Baby, Nimbus Cart en Femme Fugazi.
