Al meer dan dertig jaar staat Counting Crows synoniem voor meeslepende, doorleefde liveconcerten. Frontman Adam Duritz en zijn band weten als geen ander hoe ze een publiek kunnen meenemen in verhalen vol melancholie, energie en poëtische intensiteit. Klassiekers als Mr. Jones, Accidentally in Love (jawel, dé Shrek 2 intro song), A Long December en hun iconische interpretatie van Joni Mitchells Big Yellow Taxi blijven vaste ankerpunten in hun set, maar ook hun recentere werk klinkt even rijk en gelaagd.
