On Saturday morning please meet in the parking area at Trevista Senior Living, 3950 Lone Tree Way, Antioch. Warm ups begin at 7:30am there to put us on the old Holiday Run for Health 10k course. We will be using the Delta DeAnza Regional Trail and the trails circling the Contra Loma reservoir. That involves climbing and descending the dam. The course will be just short of six miles. This is not a RACE EVENT.
