Foraging in Nova Scotia

Join Jessica Gauvin, president of the MycoNB Society and the owner of Enchanted Mushroom Forest for a wild foraging tour. Jessica will lead us on a walk to learn foraging safety, beginner species identification and harvest some goodies to bring home to prep your early summer meals and home apothecary too!


Please make sure you bring a mesh bag or basket, a pen and paper or something else to take notes, a pocket knife and a thermos of boiling water, you may also bring a small jar half filled with vodka if you would like to craft a tincture in the forest.
