# Event Details - **Event Name**: Sounds of the Orchard: A Morning Sound Bath at OG Farms - **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 21 Nov, 2026 at 10:00 am (-07:00) - **Event Description**: Begin your day with a peaceful outdoor Sound Bath among the trees at OG Farms, surrounded by Mountain and Autum Stillness.About this EventStep away from the pace of everyday life and begin your morning surrounded by trees, open sky, mountain views, and the peaceful atmosphere of OG Farms.Join Cesar Lujan, Certified Sound Practitioner and founder of Instruments of Healing, on Saturday, November 21 at 10:00 AM for an immersive outdoor Sound Bath. After a brief introduction and guided meditation, you’ll settle comfortably onto your mat as the resonant tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments invite the body and mind into a state of rest. The event is scheduled around the time when the leaves typically begin changing, giving us the opportunity to experience the farm surrounded by beautiful fall shades of yellow and gold. Because nature follows its own timing, the exact colors may vary, but the changing season will provide a beautiful setting for this special morning. The gathering space will be selected according to the conditions and natural beauty of the farm that day. We may gather within the pecan orchard or among the willows, but either location will allow us to experience the Sound Bath surrounded by trees and the calm rhythm of the land.OG Farms is a small working farm with an interesting background in sustainable farm systems, environmental awareness, and community education. Please note that this gathering is specifically a Sound Bath experience; a farm tour and additional farm activities are not included. No previous experience with meditation or Sound Baths is necessary. Simply come prepared to get comfortable, listen, and receive the experience. What to Expect? This is an outdoor experience held on a working farm. Despite the name, no water is involved you are “bathed” in layers of sound. As the tones and vibrations move through the space, they create an immersive environment that can help quiet mental chatter, encourage slower breathing, and support deep relaxation. There is nothing you need to do, accomplish, or know beforehand. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes if you wish, and allow yourself to listen.Every Sound Bath is unique. You may notice physical sensations, emotions, imagery, or simply a peaceful sense of stillness. https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events9/banners/11be1100-c368-11f1-8964-5b65d1557b86-rimg-w493-h740-dc182818-gmir.jpg Who is Cesar Lujan? He is a Sound Healing Teacher & Frequency Carrier trained in Los Angeles, California.
