- **Event Description**: Women gather to practice many things. We come together to bring light into our energy centers, and into our lives. 

This month, we move into the heart – to embrace the light rays of compassion, love and forgiveness. Our process will include: guided visualization, free form movement and mandala artwork.

No experience is necessary. 

All you need is a willingness to show up for yourself ... and a blanket or bolster and some clothes that are great to move in. 

This is a personal practice to go deeply within yourself. Our container is held with integrity, skill and informed training. We build trust sitting in a circle of women. We define women as: womb based adults (able, disabled and non-binary).  

Registration closes 5/28 - 

You will know without a doubt if you are meant to be there. Even if you feel apprehensive; there will be something else more powerful behind that. I invite you to listen to the still small voice.

Gabrielle Chambliss is an educator and therapeutic facilitator devoted to rekindling sovereignty, kinship, compassion and belonging. Her purpose is to create holistic experiences for women in all forms. Gabrielle is a trauma informed advocate and healer providing tools, education and services in private and group formats. Her speciality is working with non-profit teams.
