Bring your own mat and come ready to let go of the past week and set your intentions for the one ahead.


NOTE: We do yoga on a concrete floor so it helps to bring a towel or blanket to put under your mat if your knees are sensitive. 


Parking: Park on McGuckian Street and enter the glass lobby at 1851 McGuckian to access AND Creative
