On Saturday, August 1, I'm opening the doors to one of my newest listings for something a little different.

Instead of a traditional open house, we're turning it into a community fundraiser benefiting the SPCA of Anne Arundel County.

Animals have always held a special place in my heart, and while I can't adopt them all (believe me, I've tried!), I can use my business to give back.

That's why I'll be donating my commission from the sale of this home to the SPCA to help provide food, medical care, and shelter for animals waiting for their forever families.
