We'll focus on our heart chakra and promoting self-compassion for ourselves.About the instructor:Ruth Mislten is a LCSW-C, RYT, EMDR Therapist, who blends: EMDR, IFS, Somatic and Spiritual Therapy and owns Reclaim Wellness Therapy in Annapolis. She teaches Gentle Yoga and Sound Healing classes.
