He then holds you in a restorative sound bath while everything settles. He brings a grounded, embodied presence to everything he holds, and a genuine belief that rest and restoration are not luxuries. They're how we come back to ourselves.This is perfect if you're coming solo to rest and restore. It’s also a great date night gift to yourselves. The kind of reconnection that keeps on giving.  No previous experience needed. Nothing to perform. Come as you are.Space is limited to 8 guests.
