A Beginner Yoga Series in Annapolis 🙏🏻

A gentle introduction to yoga, perfect for first-timers or anyone looking to revisit the basics.

Learn foundational poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices in a supportive, relaxed environment. Build strength, flexibility, and confidence while developing a safe, steady yoga practice. No prior experience required.

This is a 6-week series with the option for single drop-in $30 or our Beginner 6-class pack for $125

Starting Saturday, February 7th at 10:30am - 2/7 - 3/14
