Event location: Annapolis- Alpha space/main space
Athlete Participants: Male/Female teams of 2, (Novice/Int/Advanced - determined in ALPHA the week prior. Divisions depend on sign ups)
- Registration for event: Event Brite

-Life Time members ONLY. Must sign up WITH a partner. One male. One female.

-Cost: $20 per participant/charged on Exerp following EventBrite Sign up
- Showdown Workout: 3 workouts, one Conditioning/Strength/Oly (workouts will be posted on Life Time Annapolis socials and sent to participants in advance)
