Step into a safe, guided journey where you will meet your shadow with compassion, release patterns that no longer serve you, and reconnect with your inner light. Through gentle shadow work, hypnotherapy, and somatic awareness, you will explore the depths of your subconscious, then rise into the light with a playful light meditation, creative plant pot painting, and planting Forget-Me-Not seeds as a symbol of remembering and honoring your wholeness.

When: May 9, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Where: 411 Maitland Bridge HWY 8, Caledonia (Beside Kejimkujik National Park)
Investment: $200 per person

$25 deposit due April 25 to secure your place, remainder due the day of the workshop, non-refundable, non-transferable, no exceptions
