Christmas Cookie Yoga Tea w/ Dani

We’re kicking off the Holiday Season with something fun, because we all know laughter is the best medicine!

Everyone is welcome to join.

Bring a snack to share (sweet or savoury) that’s shaped like your favourite Christmas cookie. Then we’ll get creative and come up with yoga poses inspired by those shapes. Tea will be served.
A light-hearted way to start the season. We hope to see you there!

Donations accepted to help pay for Hall rental.

*Bring yoga mats and dress comfortably.
