Candlelight Yoga Class

Unwind and reset with a gentle Candlelight Yoga class at Lower Granville Hall. This soothing session will help you stretch, relax, breathe, and restore, with a few infused strengthening poses to leave you feeling grounded and refreshed.

Bring your yoga mat, a friend, and your coziest blankets and warm socks for an extended, meditative shavasana—then simply sink into the bliss. Cost is $15 and includes a decaf tea and light snack after class, so you can linger, sip, and enjoy the calm a little longer.
